David Curtis
David is a Strategic HR Partner and was previously HR Director for the AA with over 25 years experience in HR, has been assisting SME's, Charities and large Corporates through change to improve results. His specialties include TUPE, performance management, redundancy programmes and developing assessment & development centres. As a member of the SHL (Saville and Holdsworth Ltd) Partner Network, David utilises tools such as Occupational Psychological Questionnaire, SHL Test batteries and also 360 Feedback to support our senior management development programmes.
