Lisa Wyatt-Jones

Lisa Wyatt-Jones is a Strategic HR Partner specialising in restructures; redundancies and redeployment; TUPE Transfers and the secondment model; partnerships and mergers; Trade Union negotiations; disciplinaries, grievances and mediation.

Lisa gained her experience from Debenhams Retail Ltd, Taunton Deane, and Somerset County Council. Lisa has worked with the South West RDA, North Devon & East Devon College, Homes in Sedgemoor, Sedgemoor District Council, Homes & Communities Agency, South Molton Recycling, South West Tourism, South West Strategic Health Authority, Severn Deanery, KSS Deanery and the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust.

Lisa qualified to the level of Chartered FCIPD, has a degree in Human Resource Management, is qualified in Psychometric testing, Mediation and has previously lectured on the Professional CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) course at Bridgwater College and has held the position of CIPD West of England Branch Chair for three years.

Lisa's main aim when working with clients is to achieve a harmonious outcome for both the company and employees.
