Richard has 18 years experience in strategic and operation organisational development with a blue-chip background. He is a qualified OD specialist through the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, certified NLP Master Practitioner and licensed in team psychometrics.

Richard specialises in Leadership team development, Sales team development and Team transformation programmes with Corporate, SME and the Charitable sector. Richard has a strong commercial focus and every intervention is tailored to improve both people and business performance.
