 Peter Baxter This has been a career spent predominantly in financial services, initially in sales and more recently in marketing and product development. His last two corporate jobs were as Marketing Director, first at Abbey Life and then for the life and unit trust companies at Natwest. In both these roles, his major interest was in the interface between the marketing function and the distribution channels, providing the strategic presence, products and marketing services needed to support successful business development. It was at Natwest Bank that Peter first experienced the power of culture in driving business results. This continues to be his primary focus in facilitating successful business teams. In 1996 he joined Jinny and Tim Ditzler in launching Best Year Yet Ltd. This business was built around Jinny Ditzler’s best selling business book ‘Your Best Year Yet!’ Best Year Yet is now a global business operating on five continents for which Peter Baxter is the Director of Programme Development. He also works within the Best Year Yet community as a programme facilitator and business coach. His commercial experience makes him a particularly valuable contributor to change programmes in large financial services businesses. |
