Before joining us in April 2007 as Marketing and Sales Consultant, Rachel spent 13 years in Retail Management with the Arcadia group. Rachel achieved role model manager status having created benchmark standards within the business and was selected to induct new managers for stores throughout the South West region. Having achieved recognition and record profits in running one of their lead multi brand stores with a £3 million turnover she successfully completed the Arcadia Senior Management Development Programme. |
