David was previously HR Director for the AA and has over 20 years experience in HR and has assisted many organisations through change. His specialities include TUPE, performance management, and developing bespoke management improvement programmes. As a member of the SHL (Saville and Holdsworth Ltd) Partner Network, David utilises tools such as Occupational Psychological Questionnaire and SHL Test batteries for development programmes, assessment centres and senior management selection.

He has developed and delivered a wide range of management programmes from team building to customer care. He firmly believes in the power of people and that just one individual can make a real difference to outcomes.
