 Richard Lowe, Managing DirectorL.C.I.P.D. NLP Master Practitioner Richard has spent the last 12 years specialising in improving organisational, leadership and employee capabilities to deliver breakthrough levels of business performance. Richard is a licensed facilitator of the Team & Personal Best Year Yet programmes; CIPD qualified in organisational consultancy, training & development, TMS profiling and is an NLP Master Practitioner. He also has been recognised with a number of leadership awards throughout his career. Before creating HRTS Ltd, Richard held the Corporate Learning & Development Manager role at UnumProvident, the global leader of income protection insurance. He had an instrumental role as part of the HR leadership team in supporting the board and senior management to enable change and to deliver breakthrough results with profits increasing from £14.6 million to £109.8 million over the last 5 years. During this time Richard used the Team & Personal Best Year Yet system as a powerful enabler of strategic change, successfully leading development of the Leadership & Talent Management approaches, re-accreditation of IiP, implementation of the Training & Competence regime and securing Top 100 employer status within the Workplace Equality Index. As the Training Manager for Distribution, Richard also implemented the UnumProvident sales and relationship management frameworks that contributed to delivering record breaking sales results. Before UnumProvident, Richard worked with Orange and held a number of Sales Management and Training roles over several years within the AA. |
