Sharpen your saw

Remember Stephen Covey’s story of the two woodsmen cutting down trees?

Which woodman cuts down the most trees the most effectively and efficiently?

The one that keep sharpening his saw, of course.

The same principle applies to investing time in training.

You have to set time aside to sharpen techniques and skills, otherwise they become worn out.
